WARRANTIES AND PROCEDURES

SQUASH RACQUETS

KEAN would like to illustrate its two form of warranties, the “30 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED” and the “DEFECT”. This includes only the KEAN squash racquet frames and not the string, grip or racket bumper.

30 DAYS NO QUESTIONS ASKED warranty will replace any racket frame within 30 days of purchase providing the client has valid proof of purchase. The racket and receipt must be then returned and sent together with the racket in question to the address below.

The DEFECT WARRANTY covers any manufacturing fault. This is not a restricted time limit but is based on inspection of the broken racket to determine whether or not it has an inherent defect. Due to the nature of the game, the longer a racquet has been in use, the more likely that the break is due to one or more incidents on court (hitting walls being most common). Racquets with proof of purchase must be returned to KEAN prepaid, and will be evaluated based on age, general condition of the racquet and the nature of the break. We will reply promptly and if a replacement is approved will ship the same model if available, or, if not, then an equivalent or superior model
